NLSpotify Drone Show during Amsterdam Dance Event
During the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world's premier electronic music festival, Drone Department captured the official cinematic aerial film of Spotify's massive drone show over the River IJ in Amsterdam. Hundreds of synchronized light drones created luminous musical notes, soundwave visualizers, and artist emblems high above the water.
Deploying a synchronized combination of cinema drones and agile FPV platforms, we recorded dynamic perspectives featuring the illuminated A'DAM Tower and Eye Film Museum as backdrops. Operating under our EASA Specific certification provided full regulatory clearance within Amsterdam's controlled CTR airspace.
The resulting film delivered an electrifying brand activation showcasing how drone art and high-end cinematography elevate major international festivals.
