For commercial lead dispatch through Drone Department, a verified commercial pilot license or operator certificate is strictly required (such as EASA Open A2 CofC, STS-01/02, SORA, LUC, or recognized commercial authorization). Holding only a basic Open A1/A3 certificate is not sufficient.
