For world-renowned Dutch fashion designer Iris van Herpen, Drone Department delivered an exquisite indoor FPV drone tour during her exclusive haute couture runway presentation. Van Herpen's biomimetic, 3D-printed garments demanded ultra-delicate and fluid camera paths to accentuate the intricate textures, optical illusions, and organic flow of the fabric.

Employing a custom ultra-lightweight indoor cinewhoop equipped with soft ducted prop guards, our pilot navigated with surgical precision inches away from walking models and through architectural runway installations. The whisper-quiet flight profile eliminated downwash turbulence, preserving the natural silhouette and drape of the delicate garments.
